The Chalet
Available Summer 2005. The Chalet has three bedrooms, two baths, laundry, fireplace in the living room, a wrap around deck off the living-dining room which is on the second floor with a commanding view of the lake. The kitchen and baths are new plus all new flooring--wood in kitchen-dining area, carpeting elsewhere except baths which is vinyl. Upstairs is the kitchen, dining room/living room, bath and master bedroom. Downstairs are two bedrooms, bath and laundry. There is an outside as well as inside staircase to the second floor, satellite TV and cd player.

Cherry East- Maximum Occupancy - 5
Cherry West- Maximum Occupancy - 4
This duplex building is extremely private with a boat basin and mooring area for your use. The living rooms have picture windows overlooking the lawn and the lake. Each cottage has two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed, bathrooms with showers, kitchens with dishwashers and wood stoves and decks for your relaxation.

Icehouse- Maximum Occupancy - 2
This is perfect for a couple. It is the owner's ski retreat with a nice view of the lake. It features a warm interior of knotty pine, modern kitchen with dishwasher, a queen-size bedroom in the old horse's shed portion (but you'll never know it) and a loft with sleeping accommodations for one. In addition, there is a stove-fireplace, cathedral ceiling and bathroom with tub and shower.

Cubhurst- Maximum Occupancy - 4
You can't get closer to the lake than this cottage so don't take too big of a step forward or you'll be over the edge! Cubhurst, near the main lodge, has a small but efficient kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, two separate bedrooms (one on either end of the cottage) and an enclosed porch for dining. The main room, the old pump house, has a perfect view of the lake and a fireplace for comfort.

Boathouse- Maximum Occupancy - 6 We believe this dwelling to possibly be the only fully occupied boathouse in the Adirondacks. It has three bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths with shower, sitting porch over the lake and a boat basin for your boat under the large living quarters. There is a room on the ground level for all your playthings as well!
