Deposit policy:
A. 1/2 deposit due with reservation, remainder due thirty days before occupancy. If time does not allow, cashier's check, traveler's check or cash accepted.
B. For seasonal guests, 1/4 deposit before Labor Day, and additional 1/4 due January 1, and remainder due thirty days before occupancy.
