We believe this dwelling to possibly be the only fully occupied boathouse in the Adirondacks. It has 3 bedrooms — 2 with queen beds, and one with 2 twin beds — 2 bathrooms, both with showers, laundry, a beautiful deck over the lake with dining table and sitting area, and a marina for your boat under the large living quarters. There is room on the ground level for all your playthings as well as the fooseball table!
