General Information

• Wireless internet is available in all cottages.

• Pets are allowed in Cherry East, Cherry West, and The Den only. We regret that we cannot accept pets in the Boathouse, Cubhurst or Icehouse.

• Check in is 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Check out is 10:00 a.m.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

1. 50% deposit due with reservation, remainder due thirty days before occupancy.  You may pay by check or PayPal. If you would like to pay with a credit card, please send an e-mail to BearhurstCottages@gmail.com and we will send you a PayPal invoice. You do not need to have a PayPal account.  A 3% charge will be added onto any payment through PayPal.

2. Once a reservation has been made and a deposit is paid, all but $100 is able to be refunded if we are able to rent the cottage to another guest.
